For all we know this company could be making 140k a year but it really would have lost 200k, but it pushed the total of 340 into a note payable. Why do they have salary payable of that much? Because they don't have the cash to pay it? There are so many bad things about these financials.
If they aren't going to have the financials audited, at least make the numbers look good right people?
