Samvel and his younger brother Arthur live with Chegenev in Moscow. He brought them (at least Samvel, who can be tracked) from Yagodnoe/Magadan. Samvel was looking for apartment for rent some time ago, so he may live somewhere else now, but still shares legal address ("propiska") with Chegenev. A couple of years ago one knowledgeable poster told me that Samvel is Valentin's son. It sounded ridiculous to me at that time. Valentin is definitely not a "natural" father (judging by "otchestvo" - middle name), but my working version: both Chobanians are Chegenev's stepsons. It's too much off-topic and irrelevant to give any supporting information... like mother's picture.

BTW, I think Samvel participated in 2C's Aurus movie (remember the boy with magnets?) But I rely just on "looks like" analysis, so could be wrong.
