So sorry. I thought I pretty much answered your questions in a nutshell the first time, but I will expand upon my previous post. OK, why would a company with no operations other than the printing and selling of shares need a website? I believe the answer to that question is self-explanatory.

I think your other question was: why are the shares so cheap? Well, when a company is continually diluting its stock, and a company has no other operations or assets to speak of, the stock is generally going to be pretty damn cheap. Hope that helped.
