I also have another thought which can only be true if I'm correct on this one thing..Since this is a Pink Sheet...Officers of the company are not required to file insider trading to the SEC..Correct or not??? If thats correct then it would stand to reason that the insiders are trying to keep the stock cheap so they have time to buy as many shares as they can so that like everyone else holding shares can laugh all the way to the bank on closing day.

LOL...just a thought I had.
