They 15 days to file. Yes Vega said that they would file by the end of the week. I was Questioning that statement too. But, The Notice of late filing automatically gives the company 15 days as noted on the press release. See filings at:

In my opinion we will see something next week. If they do not file by next week they would no longer be in compliance with SEC and that would be a big red flag.
