Toth played the same cards when he "took over" as CEO of the company. He put out PR's announcing his "acquisition" of stock", held investors hostage by some claim to a major bio solids acquisition if they would approve the proxy, all secret business that never happened. It seems these guys like playing games more than conducting business prudently. They have made their own bed, the PPS shows.

Mr Hale demonstrated his management style and the way he runs his business when he answered the O/S number question with data from 7 months ago. Claiming that that is the most accurate? LOL It looks like same management style, different name.

THERE IS ABSOLUTELY NO ADVANTAGE TO HOLD THE O/S NUMBERS QUIET UNLESS YOU ARE HIDING SOMETHING. But Mr. Hale, you run the show, you make the calls. Good luck, it seems it is business as usual for this circus.
