Not neccessarily. I'd prefer to see ZERO shares available to short though.

I'd like to see CCTC be removed from the "Restricted List".

Shorts can be wrong, just like longs can be wrong.

There is no reason to expect the stock to move significantl today, because everyone is watching for the BW article tomorrow.

Shorts will be speculating that Market Makers could SELL stock today to move the price down before the release of the article. Just my guess.
