my opinion: the purchasing company(here HoT) will usually get >90% common stocks of the new Inc. in a r/m. This will usually be done by issuing more shares to the purchasing company.
so if we really get a 30m o/s at the end, i think gagi would first issue some new stocks to HoT and make the o/s over 300m. then they will do a 10:1 r/s.
that means to us: 400/300=1.33.
1.33/0.02=66.5 bagger. it's huge.
