If Mr. Metter needs to sell his SpongeTech shares (the one he personally owns) for payment in another lawsuit related to a different company, you can be SURE of one thing: He is CERTAINLY NOT HAPPY about it! (losing his SpongeTech shares at current low price)
It must be EXTREMELY FRUSTRATING for him if he is forced to sell his own SpongeTech shares.
I would be SUPER ANGRY if it was indeed my own SpongeTech shares I would be forced to sell.
Maybe it's the case for Mr. Metter (although it might be shares of any other company he has a position into that he has to sell... nobody knows)
Note: Exact same thing for Mr. Lazauskas. Must be extremely frustrating being forced to sell a portion of the company you are building and in super growth phase. (although it might be shares of any other company he has a position into that he has to sell... nobody knows)
