Just did a whois search on ekwan-x.com... Just because it says it "may be for sale" does not mean it is. That simply means the domain has been parked without hosting services. Many hosting companys put "may be for sale" on all parked web pages. Why would a domain re-seller not want their contact info on the whois if they wanted to resell the domain to make a profit? Looks like the domain was parked in Jan-2010 and I beleive it was ekwan X who parked it.
A reverse merger, or takeover would be awesome, and it sounds like it is in the works. So Buy Buy Buy, or hold hold hold, but please don't sell just yet. Make some, or lose it all. Thats how I roll with penny stocks! IMO
