I think so, yes. I do not think the market has priced in the slowdown that is just in front of us - it is still thinking in terms of "what kind of recovery will it be??"

Well, guess what? There is not going to be a recovery and instead, things are going to get worse, not better. The realization that a slide back into recession, and probably a global recession, is in store for us is what is happening with the market here. That is why I expect new lows, and think the market has a lot of risk even at current levels.
