Still not sure what TRUTH you're getting at, but more power to you. I don't know either one of you from anyone, so I'll let it be and let the mods figure it out.

But IMO the TRUTH is this shell is a scam, anyone holding will be stuck holding, and the only news that could move this is a management change or buyout...
