Maybe there is more going on with DME then we think. I found it interesting that on their website under the management section it read

"Matthew Graci serves as Co-President of DME Capital. Mr. Graci's main responsibility at DME Capital is trading execution. Matt utilizes an approach that has enabled DME to attain large blocks of stock in public companies that have limited liquidity all the while NOT driving the stock price up."

My wild A$$ guess is that they let it run once they buy what they want / need but that is just a guess on my part.
