Seriously?? So in FIFTEEN years they'll produce 1 million gallons?
If gas costs even $10 a gallon at that point, they'll have spent $100 million dollars (half of it on loan from the govt) for a $10 million annual return???
I'm not so sure we're behind in the race anymore.
