It depends on the demand for the shares. Here’s how it works…

If the demand is weak, the MM’s will drive the PPS down when an impatient seller pops up. Example: the current PPS is @ .0027 and the bid is @ .0025. The seller wants out fast (Probably to buy another stock) so he puts in the sell @ .0026. After a some time he get impatient and drops his Ask price down to the Bid price. Not knowing there is only 5000 shares available to buy he sells only 5000 shares and the Bid now drops to .0022. The seller wait’s a while for someone to buy more of his shares @ .0025 but no one buys (their waiting to see how low the PPS will go before they commit to a trade). Now the seller gets pissed to say the least and he chases the Bid down until he sells all of his shares. The PPS is at the low of the day and the day traders are ready to pounce on the shares when other sellers start to bail out with Ask prices above the low Bid. Then it’s a run of the roses.

I doubt that the MM’s will attempt another “Shake & Bake” before Friday. That’s when the shareholders meeting will take place and I believe we may hear some news on the reverse merger.

You never know for sure what they will do or if news will come or if it will be good. IMHO… I would say that a PPS under .0025 is a good entry point, anything below that level is “Over-sold” .
