What is the patent number ? Title ? Who filed it as inventor ? Who is the assignee ?
Can't evaluate their "potential" without knowing any of what it IS... and, if they don't actually have the patent protection they say they do, or if the patent isn't one that really matters, then there isn't any value that matters here beyond that you get with another small contractor who works on cleaning up big company messes for them... not that there is anything wrong with that.
