Friend, please contact your local State's - Electric Vehicle Association and make sure they know about Ecotality (ETLE) BEFORE it gets listed on the NASADAQ which will hopefully be with this quarters announcement this month...

This stock will heat up by summer, especially once it gets NASADAQ listed...
I am sure they will be installing equipment in selected first tier markets like San Diego, California, Portland, Oregon, and possibly even where the Nissan plant is in Tennessee.
