Lotus Pharmaceuticals Inc (LTUS)

Hey everyone, im a new owner of LTUS... WTF?? is this like one of the cheapest stocks going or what?? . I dont usually buy OTC stocks but I have JADA and it has served me well, Jada had a PE just like lotus three weeks ago (PE less then 3) and it has tripled since. Considering all the positive things LTUS has going for it , it seems to be so undervalued. I feel I have done my homework and read over the financial reports etc. etc etc, and cant find a good reason why this is trading so low, somebody feel free to fill me in please???
