Maybe. Not sure what NEWS will be the catalyst.

I'm basing my guesses on the chart for the most part.

I'm confident that the NEWS, whatever it is, will drive the price higher....

It could be the BW article, CCTC being removed from the "Naked Short List", or the Coal Summitt I've been hearing people talk about.

All I know for sure is that the weekly chart RSI is very telling of the strength behind this last 8 weeks....

..and that it is building, and will continue to build, and so to will the price "exponentially".
