I doubt that the DD phase will be completed by the 10th of April in all honesty... I don't know why some of these boneheads up here think that is the "end all, be all" date. They said the 10th at the earliest... This thing will stay the same or more then likely tank until the most DEFINITIVE news is PRed... I could care less as long as I can get one more flip off of this then rollout. This will be my 5th time flipping this and once that is done I'll leave this stock alone.
