I hit the sell button at 9.20. This latest bit is certainly not clear how SPEA is safe when it states their rights can be transferred without shareholder approval. RFX and EPE certainly are safe and benefit from this transaction. It seems from this that EPE is tied more with RFX, and if SPEA has rights on this they can be transferring without any notice or proxy.
I GTG, but I'll try to read all the news blogs that have been out on this the past 2 days and compare. However, what you highlighted certainly was not what I read or interpreted yesterday, nor what the market interpreted from yesterday's news.
From this, clarification will be needed from Silverman.
