Like you, RDG, I hate to have to speculate about the %Cu in our endproduct. They should tell us some numbers,IMO.

But if speculating is our game while bideing time, I see Regulatory Compliance as an achievement that only follows the capability to produce sufficient product to stay alive. I believe we have done that with our new flotation cells and that we are only fine tuning flotation. The loss of Cu in our tailings is significant and we must solve the drying problem to route the rich tailings through cementation, later SX/EW, to make a good profit. The cost of the tailings retention pond & process should prove insignificant in the long run.

So I disagree with Marc's estimate of only a 20-30% chance of success. We are too far along to fail, IMO, barring too many more unforeseen circumstances. It is a matter of how deeply our profits will be cut by events over the next few months.
