There are not alot of free floating shares as we all saw when we had the same thing happen a couple days ago when we ran to .0081 new 52 week highs, I had shares on the bids that never got filled and on the ask where I onky got partial fills, just MM games with a huge short position here when we are about to fo into huge news.
