A simplified version

Since the article says Operators, i would guess they are Sinopec, total, Qatar. Based on the most recent articles coming out of that region saying they want to spend $50 billion, 20 billion, etc on Africa. I think the Afren connection is a seperate one, they too, according to Peter's interview on the subject, are in indegenous Nigeria company as well and will become one of these "vehicles" if you will to outside oil companies.

So ERHC , knowing the new law would come to pass on Nigerian content, would be acting as an oil/land broker to their operators. THey through their connections get to bid on the more than $50 billion in blocks that will go back up for bid according to Goodluck Jonathan and with their powerful backing from the operators become a powerhouse in Nigeria as the country is making much needed changes for their people and their economy.

Peter has stated in his "breadcrumb pr's" that we would be involved as we were before, his statements in the Dec video of "we, I, did this(meaning the JDZ)we brought them (sinopec/Addax) to the dance. This is what we do, this is who we are.

What some of us have been asking for is what are you working on, I think they still could have been pro-active with their shareholders, instead they put out articles in Africa and do bits and pieces pr's and we have to "dot" connect and put puzzles together.

I asked for an genda last week for the shareholder meeting, was told we did not have one. Now we learn from an African paper what we will be discussing.

If they put together already producing fields, bring in a great management team( I think it could be addax people, Leslie Blair is going to be on our board), with big partners, it could be a good thing. What is not good is the fact that they do not know how to run this company, although that will most likely change as they make these changes in "our" company, the partners will bring in a real oil team to oversee all projects. I welcome that.
