" I just wonder if this is even legal considering they can't legally announce that the deal is done or will be done with Chang yet they keep saying it in e-mails" dont they usually say they are "confident" the deal will get done??? i dont think ive ever seen them say the deal is done or it will get done 100%...i keep hearing that they are confident and believe it will get done...or am i wrong?
