"BACK... I have a thought.. Is it possible that Barrington may be a Canadian company of some sort, who is already listed on a Canadian exchange under a different name, but wants an American stock listing also? They may be using a name change as cover, to pick up as many shares from the open market, at these prices, as possible. If they are a junior oil driller or miner, the second the word is out, the shares would jump thru the roof and no one would be selling. Godin ran Ekwan-X from Canada and I believe he may be the CEO of another Canadian/Swedish mining company listed on the Toronto exchange. That's why I'm leaning toward this thought. He would have had lots of exposure to other mining/oil execs who might want a clean shell in the US stock market. I would have to think a dual listing would be at least a posibility for a mid sized company trying to move up... I have my fingers crossed that it may be a junior petroleum company that wants some more exposure to our stock market... if my detective work is in the ballpark.. they better have a suite in Vegas ready for me in about a month... LOL! Later.."
