I'm just surprise that a company like SSEV with great potential would just think 1 year ahead. When I mention my company, we avg. $25M a year which is very small but our site is purchase from 1998 to 2015. We had the mindset of moving forward.
It's odd that is all. I tested out few other companies such as Chase, GE, etc, their expiration date wouldn't be 1year. It's locked in.
