Richard, Katie is Mark's daughter. Remember that even people from the DOGM and DWQ are consultants. It's my understanding that people from those two departments are there this week to inspect the facility and site,try to assist in finding a solution,take samples and could issue some type of citation(but don't think they would)if they were happy with what they saw and their responses.
