If you DD reverse merger you will see that most companies can get a R/M done within 2 weeks..typically...

R/M can cost anywhere from $200,000- $400,000 and usually offer easy transitions into the public trading platform for private companies. Benefits are no SEC or FINRA filings and a simple name change and 8-k filing are necessary.

Now if you are not familiar with R/M I suggest you google
Reverse Merger Process and you will see benefits and quickness of doing a reverse merger. no one is simply going to spend this kind of money just to not go public....

Also if you are just starting a company why do a name change when you can start fresh? this is done for a reason and the reason is to go PUBLIC...

Well the reason most companies are private is because just that to remain PRIVATE....everything will come out once the 8-k is filed with the SEC. Even then we will still not be sure since this looks to me to be a new company anyway. All my searching all day has not yielded any more info than what is available right now...

So for now we play the MOMO and get this baby to .01+ For all we know they could be setting opening value @ .50, $1 or .001. No one knows at this stage.

As far as OS AS float...no one knows period..it was not stated on the Wyoming filing...also Barrington Enterprises LTD can amend the par value and share count at anytime with proper filing with Wy SOS.

So everything is pure speculation at this point....

what we do know is there has been a name change with the WYoming SOS.

We know the Registered agent which is nothing more than an representative agent on behalf of the company...for all we know they could be setting up shop in 1 of 49 other states as a foreign corp somewhere else..

However they do have an office as provided in the filing with Wy SOS...so that means they plan to do business in Wy...

I don't think this is a P&D but I now it has been hyped.....and if you really think about all these stock website promos..everyone wants to claim the 2500% gain......"OHHH look at me I called 2500%" they could have easily called nothing at the same time people...Use your heads and do what is right ....make money and play the game..simple as that....

and believe me next week there will be a new hype...always was always will be..

But R/M's from my own DD can pay off Big time. You just have to be willing to go through the ups and downs and stomach the down days.
