It takes about 18 month for the US FDA to approve a drug and about 22-24 months for SFDA to approve a drug.

The SFDA also had some problems awhile back that led to some execution, yes execution of SFDA officials for taking bribes. This slowed that whole process of drug approve.

Thus, it is more important to ask when JGBO placed their application in to better understand when a drug (timeline) might be given SFDA approval.
