Some extractor units press the oil out of the dried algae like a juicer, and one at least (origin oil's) separates while in water. I don't think we'll see an all-in-one unit for awhile. Too much room still for the industry to improve on both processes separately, and given the different uses for algae, an all-in-one might be less flexible for producers to maximize output.
