Ok, Eric got back to me. He's not the CEO and doesn't have much information of the company since he left in 2006, but he told me to look around Tampa area:

Your email was forwarded to me via the City of Oldsmar.

I was the CEO of eAutoclaims until the end of 2006, I left the company at that time and the Board of Directors a few months afterward. The name of the CEO who took over is Jeff Dickson, he moved the company to Tampa sometime last year.

The last information I have on the company's whereabouts is they were in the same location of another company called DCT off a street named West Linebaugh in Tampa. I don't have their phone number on street address but I'm sure it can be found online.
