Adopting the Company’s 2010 Equity Incentive Plan (the “2010 Plan”), pursuant to which up to an aggregate of 50,000,000 shares of our Common Stock shall be reserved for issuance to employees, directors, and consultants of the Company (or our affiliates) in connection with their retention and/or continued employment by the Company.
So you vote doesn't count now, and after this additional 50% dilution you'll have even less to say about it.
