PSNH Vice President of Energy Delivery stated that PSNH has neither a contract or a term sheet with Laidlaw. Simply that they are talking, which is something they do on a regular basis with anyone who would like to sell them power. MB spun it into a “20 year deal” when in fact it is nothing more then a cordial conversation that takes place on a regular basis with anyone who would like to sell them power.
