YA hasn't put any of their own money into Neom for sometime. In reality YA made a good living off of conversions last year. They were forced (to some degree) to credit back Neom for under par conversions <keyword credit>...

So as long as the retail investor keeps pumping their churn, YA will leave Neom intact. With that said, either something is in the works or YA Global has badly miscalculated their position. I tend to believe something is in the works but not in the form of satisfying long term (pre 09') investors.
