EXACTLY: GREAT POINT: READ THE 10k.....look how honest, in detail and up front the CEO was.......this is a pink sheet company and they don't have to give out all those details......but, they did.....and you know why?.....because they are going to be OTCBB soon.....they reported ON TIME!!!.....how many pinkies do that?.....almost all file for extensions......anyone w/ common business sense knows 10K's are full of gloom and doom....they have to be.....in order to protect themselves.....absolutely nothing out of the ordinary for a start up.....as far as dillution goes, issuing shares is how most all pinks pay the bills.......until the money starts rolling in, capital is raised through the issuance of stock.....this is why the stock market was created....duhhh......companies go public to raise cash through the issuance of stock.....otherwise they'd just stay private.......BUY FEAR/SELL GREED/GET RICH$$$
