TROY, MI--(Marketwire - 04/06/10) - Viper Networks, Inc. (Pinksheets:VPER - News), a fast emerging global telecommunication network operations and technical management company, announces that it has signed a Letter of Intent (LOI) to enter into a new business partnership with Universal for Trading & Information Technology ("UTIT") in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.

This LOI with Universal for Trading & Information Technology is to partner on currently awarded projects. Upon finalizing the agreement, Viper Networks and UTIT will begin working together on a wide range of telecommunications and information technology services for all localized customers within the private, commercial and government sectors in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.

Under the forthcoming partnership agreement, Viper Networks will be responsible for opening all sales channels and directly provide services to the local telecom operator, while Universal for Trading & Information Technology will provide comprehensive marketing support and ongoing technical support applications.

Viper Networks' President and CEO, Farid Shouekani, and the Executive Manager for UTIT, Ahmad Aljadayah, have been working diligently to establish operational unity, as this is most notably, the first awarded telecommunications project with Universal.

Establishing greater telecommunications and IT services in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia is part of the Company's continuing expansion with leading telecom operators, service providers and distributors throughout Asia, the Middle East, Australia and South and North America.

Mr. Farid Shouekani, President, Viper Networks, comments: "There are many significant projects ready to unfold for the Company and this potential partnership with UTIT is yet another positive development.

"However, I would like to take this opportunity to clarify an important aspect of Viper Networks' last press release announcing the appointment of our new Chairman of the Board, Mr. Thiruneelakanda Sellathuray. Although he has built the highly successful Sithru Sdn Bhn company in Malaysia, his leadership has directly created seven unique company subsidiaries operating from Malaysia to Sri Lanka to Dubai, one of which is Credence Capital Ltd. out of the British Virgin Islands."

Mr. Farid Shouekani continues: "This is the same Credence Capital that Viper Networks is close to receiving substantial funding from, which will effectively turn the switch on for multiple substantial revenue generating projects already in place. Obviously, since Mr. Thiruneelakanda Sellathuray has recently become our Chairman of the Board, all of Viper Networks' shareholders should have great confidence in seeing our best laid plans to become reality."
