Dear Etrade , It has been noted on our IHUB investment board for the stock TPHM ( Thomas Phamaceuticals Ltd ) that the MM's Market Makers are intentionally manipulating the stock share price and not showing buys that were excecuted. They are showing false bid & ask prices on the stock and now a trader just bought at 0.0017 and they are not showing the trade. This has been going on for several days this time and I would like to report this to Etrade & the SEC. Can you please file this complaint and forward it on to the responsible persons. I know Etrade will not do to much as it's not there job but at least I can make them aware !
