It is looking like a complicated plan that needs committment from all parties. Especially the operators that have to flip the up front costs...BIG gamble for them .... They want to make sure they will have plenty of oil...I'm sure the big wigs at SNP are looking at it hard before they give the ok..

We all assume it's SEO negotiating a deal, IMO it's all the operators/JDA trying to come up with a profitable drill plan for the JDZ.
