Chart Question... I'll use TEAR as the example.

notice this morning the volume spike and price run fm 2.60 - 3.10 and the right back down.

how would you read that action, Z/RTN/etc. could it be assumed someone trying to accumulate shares let it get away from them and they forced it back down hoping nobody would notice? thanks.
