to be honest.
the nasdaq part makes me unsure.
it means to me that there would be a r/s (possibly 100:1).

best scenario for me:
the stock price rises with the good news to 0,1x range,
then they do a 100:1 r/s to let the price in the 1x$ range for nasdaq listing.
