"The deal is the resumption of a $22 million dollar contract that was just begun before it was delayed due to the economy.."

The company has not referenced this as a $22M contract in the release... The terminology has clearly changed to "2008 Milestone" contract... what is the potential value of this contract today? It is 2 years later... the value and terms would likely have changed, no?

Without any specifics, this news is impossible to value.
