I agree, there is a lot of good stuff going on here. At least it seems that way. It really hasn't reflected in the pps yet, which sucks.

But really, I've been holding this since November, so I'm far from a penny flipper.
Quite frankly, I'm not skilled or knowledgeable enough to be one anyway. Or lucky, for that matter.
