All of the JDZ players know that oil is on the rise, it will stay there for a couple of years. They will make every attempt to get some of the fields into production as quickly as possible.
IMO 4 - 5 years oil will be flowing from some of the fields...hopefully this is a 25 year project..that means they found lots of oil in many fields.
