QUESTION:

Does it seem as if Matthew Kreig, CEO has "screwed" the shareholders ? ? This stock has not traded since March 16, 2010, and the bid and ask prices are unheard of.

If this is the case, Would there any future in all of the shareholders on investorshub, jointly filing a complaint with the SEC ?

Just trying to look for some answers on this one !
