I know that the comp would like to close the deal asap but I do doubt that it will be completed by April 10. They must do the sec filing and I suspect that we may see some of those in the next few days but they will still have to wait approx 20 days. In the mean time, it is my opinion that the purchasing company will be buying every share they can get their hands on. Read some of the sec rules and if it is a private company that is buying, once the thrr has less then 300 shareholders and the purchaser owns more then 90% of the outstanding shares, they can close the deal very quickly. Interesting reading for sure.
