Well If I take your info as true and divide the amount of dinars that have kwait in the amount that Iraq that give me a reason of 550 dinar IQD per Kuwait dinar. If I divide 550 IQD between the us dollar equivalent to the kuwait dinar it make a rate of .00654, That is if I accept the information you provided that iraq have 40 trillion. And comparing iraq with a smaller country. Can somebody enlight me about the kuwait debt. Just to compare.
