I have not seen any "genuine" interest or concern from YA or NEOM for shareholders, however, I have faith in people to do the right thing. Why bother reverse spliting something that is worth less than a penny? Why not just borrow more money from YA to buy back all O/S and shut the door or go private?

My scenario may seem like I am smoking something but then again, both YA and NEOM BODs are blowing smoke all shareholders ARSE with the recent stunt.
