On November 24, 2008 and December 26, 2008, we announced that a merger with Wytan Corp. was underway. We also announced that additional conditions to the merger closing were required by Wytan and that the merger would not occur until such time as the conditions were satisfied. Attempts to merge ceased in November 2010 and this proposed transaction has been terminated.

I wonder if gunther had this much trouble getting a prom date.
