Simple common sense tells you this is going higher. Think about it. The name change at SOS. Why? Why after this has laid dormant would ANYONE take the time, effort, and trouble to go through that process? Seriously why? It makes no sense unless there are plans to actually do something. So you go ahead and change the name, get reinstated, and sit on your hands. C'mon does this make sense? Geez no it doesn't. It DOES make sense that there is some sort of plan to use this company/shell. And when that PR comes this explodes even more. Until that time specualtion, promotors, and momo drive this higher. What great place to be. This will be a life changer for some.
